Term of Company Sample Clauses

Term of Company. The Company shall commence on the effective date specified in the Certificate of Formation (the "CERTIFICATE") filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware and shall continue in existence in perpetuity unless its business and affairs are earlier wound up following dissolution at such time as this Agreement may specify.
Term of Company. The term of the Company shall commence on the date the Certificate of Formation for the Company is filed with the Office of the Delaware Division of Corporations and shall continue until dissolved pursuant to Article VIII. The existence of the Company as a separate legal entity shall continue until the cancellation of the Company’s Certificate of Formation.
