Term of Consulting. The Company shall hire the ------------------- Consultant pursuant to the terms hereof for the period commencing on the date Consultant begins non-exclusive Consulting with the Company (the "Start Date"), which shall be the earliest date reasonably possible for Consultant, and ending on February 28, 2001, provided that the Consultant's consulting with the Company shall be deemed to be automatically renewed upon the same terms and conditions for an additional three-month period ending on May 31, 2001 unless either party hereto shall have given the other party written notice that such party does not intend to renew the Agreement as of such date at least thirty (30) days in advance of the date on which this Agreement would otherwise automatically be renewed. The period during which the Consultant is hired pursuant to this Agreement, including any renewal thereof in accordance with this Section (1)(b), shall be referred to as the "Consulting Period." 2.
Term of Consulting. Subject to the provisions for termination set forth below, the term of this Agreement shall extend from July 1, 2008, for a period of 24 months ending June 30, 2010 (the “Term”). Following the end of the Term, the parties hereto may mutually agree to any renewals of this Agreement for a time period to be discussed.
Term of Consulting. The Company hereby contracts with the Consulting Firm, and Consultant hereby accepts a consulting position with Company, for a period commencing on the date hereof (the “commencement date”), and continuing until terminated as provided in this Agreement.

The period during which the Consultant is hired pursuant to this Agreement, including any renewal thereof in accordance with this Section (1)(b), shall be referred to as the "Consulting Period." 2.
Term of Consulting. The term of any Consulting Teacher may not exceed three (3) consecutive years, with the break of at least two (2) years between terms. The Joint Committee may appoint for one, two, or three year terms at its sole discretion.
Term of Consulting. This agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis until either party provides the other party with thirty day written notice of termination.

Term of Consulting. This Consulting Agreement begins on or about Sept 7, 2001.
Term of Consulting. The Consultant's consulting agreement with the Company shall begin on January 1, 2000, and, unless extended by written agreement, shall end six months from January 1, 2000 or upon the date of the Initial Public Offering of the Company.
Term of Consulting. The engagement under this Agreement shall be for a period (the "Consulting Period") commencing on the date hereof and ending on the seventh anniversary of the date hereof.
