Position with Company. During the Term, Executive shall serve as President of Company, shall devote his full business time and efforts to the affairs of Company, and shall faithfully and diligently perform all duties commensurate with such position, including, without limitation, those duties reasonably requested by Company's Board of Directors; provided that (i) unless agreed to by Executive (including appropriate additional compensation), such duties shall not materially vary from the type and scope of duties that Executive has performed for the Company prior to the date of this Agreement, (ii) in no event will Executive be required to relocate from his current place of employment, and (iii) Executive shall be required to travel to the home office of Parent periodically, but not in excess of reasonable requirements. Executive shall be subject to and comply with all of Company's policies and procedures that are generally applicable to Company's officers and employees. Executive will report directly to Scotx Xxxxxx xx his successor.
Position with Company. During the Term, Executive shall serve as Vice President - Finance, CFO, Treasurer and Secretary of Company, shall devote his full time and efforts to the affairs of Company, and shall faithfully and diligently perform all duties commensurate with such position, including, without limitation, those duties reasonably requested by Company's Board of Directors. Without limitation of the foregoing, Executive shall: (i) manage financing and capital arrangements; (ii) supervise controller function; (iii) supervise treasury function; (iv) supervise public reporting and stockholder relations; (v) supervise information and data processing systems, and (vi) support merger and acquisition efforts. Executive shall be subject to and comply with all of Company's policies and procedures.
Position with Company. Executive shall serve as President of the Company. Executive shall devote his full time and efforts to the affairs of the Company, and shall faithfully and diligently perform all duties commensurate with such position, including, without limitation, those duties reasonably requested by the Company's Board of Directors. In addition, Executive shall be subject to and comply with the Company's policies and procedures.
Position with Company. During the Term, Executive shall serve as Division President - Phoenix, shall devote his full time and efforts to the affairs of Company, and shall faithfully and diligently perform all duties commensurate with such position, including, without limitation, those duties reasonably requested by Company's Board of Directors. Executive shall be subject to and comply with all of Company's policies and procedures.
Position with Company. During the Term, Grisanti shall serve as Executive Vice President of Operations xx XXX and shall hold such other positions, responsibilities, duties and authorities as the board of directors or officers of Company (collectively or singly, "Board") shall from time to time direct. Grisanti shall devote his full time to the affairs of Company, and xxxxx xaithfully and diligently perform all duties commensurate with such position, including, without limitation, those duties reasonably requested by the Board. Grisanti shall be subject to and comply with all of Company's policxxx xxx procedures, and shall comply with all applicable laws and the highest standards of ethics.
Position with Company. Effective March 2, 2007, Employee shall be employed as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Employee shall devote his full-time energies and efforts exclusively in furtherance of the business of Company and its affiliates and shall not be engaged in any other business activity.
Position with Company. During the Term, Executive shall serve as [President or General Manager] of the NC Company, shall devote his full time and efforts to the affairs of Company, and shall faithfully and diligently perform all duties commensurate with such position, including, without limitation, those duties reasonably requested by Company"s Board of Directors. Executive's primary duties shall include the day to day management of the NC Company, including the supervision of employees, the identification of new development projects, advance planning and development of land acquired by NC Company, sales, marketing and construction of new homes, warranty and customer service and accounting for operations of the NC Company to the Company. As more particularly provided in the Acquisition Agreement, it is contemplated that NC Company will conduct all residential development activities and hold all residential real estate of the Company and its affiliates in Northern California.
Position with Company. Xx. Xxxxxxxxx hereby resigns as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective as of the date of this Agreement.
Position with Company. Executive is hereby employed by Company as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Executive hereby accepts such employment upon the terms and condition hereinafter set forth. Executive shall perform the duties of this position as assigned by Company.
Position with Company. Executive is hereby employed by Company as COO and Executive hereby accepts such employment upon the terms and condition hereinafter set forth. During the Term, Executive shall have such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with Executive’s position and as may be reasonably assigned by Company from time to time. Executive shall report to Company’s President.
