Yearbook. A fee for one yearbook will be charged to every family (not student). This fee of approximately $80 will vary according to printing costs.
Yearbook. A full color yearbook is available for $40.00. Yearbooks must be pre-ordered and paid for by March 1. After March 1, the cost is $45.00.

Yearbook. This is a Year-Round Position. The yearbook advisor will supervise students in the creation of the yearbook. This includes taking pictures, writing articles, designing pages and the book’s theme, management of equipment, running the yearbook app, communicating with the Production Company, communicating with parents, and distributing yearbooks, as well as ads and senior recognition ads. The advisor supervises about 15-30 students. This position requires an average of 8-10 hours a week of additional time. The advisor must be a certified teacher.

These costs are not included on our fee agreement but will be accessible on parents/guardians online account once the Field trip/Activity information goes home to families.
Yearbook. The school publishes a yearbook each school year. Individual or classroom pictures are featured in the yearbook, as well as other photographs portraying the many activities and events that take place. Notification regarding the cost and time when the yearbook is available is sent to the parents/guardians. Permission slips signed by parents should always be required by the principal and/or director of catechesis for student participation in field trips. All Student-sponsored field trips should have and educational purpose and outcome. Archdiocese of Saint ▇▇▇▇ and Minneapolis August 1994 Field trips are part of the educational program. These trips are designed to support the curriculum and introduce the students to community resources. Students are expected to participate in all field trips. Parents/guardians will be notified of the scheduled field trips. Insurance regulations of the Archdiocese require the use of the parent/ guardian authorization form EACH TIME the students participate in a field trip. Failure to return the form means that the student may not go on the field trip and must stay at school. PHONE CALLS TO OR FROM PARENTS/ GUARDIANS DO NOT FULFILL AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION. All field trip participants will travel by bus. Should it be necessary to use transportation provided by parents in private vehicles, parents/guardians will be notified, and the use of seat belts will be assured. All private vehicles used to transport students must have documented current registration and proof of insurance. Throughout the year, assemblies are held with invited resource guests to enhance the students' learning opportunities.
Yearbook. Photographer shall grant to Client a limited irrevocable license to reproduce and publish images taken during the scheduled photography session in the annual school yearbook. Such license shall be limited to publication in the yearbook published in the same school year as the photography session. Grant of this license is limited to the specific use outlined in this section. Photographer retains all other rights to the images, including rights of publication thereto.
