Individual or classroom pictures are featured in the yearbook, as well as other photographs portraying the many activities and events that take place. Notification regarding the cost and time when the yearbook is available is sent to the parents/guardians. Field Trips (Archdiocesan Guideline #6630, Form A) Permission slips signed by parents should always be required by the principal and/or director of catechesis for student participation in field trips. All Student-sponsored field trips should have and educational purpose and outcome. Archdiocese of Saint Xxxx and Minneapolis August 1994 Field trips are part of the educational program. These trips are designed to support the curriculum and introduce the students to community resources. Students are expected to participate in all field trips. Parents/guardians will be notified of the scheduled field trips. Insurance regulations of the Archdiocese require the use of the parent/ guardian authorization form EACH TIME the students participate in a field trip. Failure to return the form means that the student may not go on the field trip and must stay at school. GUEST SPEAKERS/ASSEMBLIES Throughout the year, assemblies are held with invited resource guests to enhance the students' learning opportunities.
