Technical Subcommittees. The Steering Committee may establish one or more technical subcommittees, as needed, to focus on development of specific aspects of the HCP/NCCP.
Technical Subcommittees. Technical Subcommittees will be convened to conduct the technical business of JANNAF, in accordance with this charter, and will be defined succinctly to cover specific areas of the scope technologies as best fit the most current posture of the industry. Each Technical Subcommittee will have a charter; to be reviewed and renewed by the TEC during each formal reporting period (nominally every 12 to 18 months). Each Technical Subcommittee will be managed by a Technical Steering Group (TSG). The TEC will designate official members from their respective agencies, and there will be one TEC member designated as liaison representative for each subcommittee. Subcommittee members will be full-time officers or employees of the Federal Government. Other government, industry, and university representatives may be invited to participate in TSG meetings held for the purpose of technology exchange. Government information shared shall be made available to all interested firms, subject to constraints imposed by law or regulation (e.g. ITAR). Nongovernment participants shall not be invited to attend meetings held for such purposes as rendering advice, opinions, or recommendations in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The technical subcommittees will select their own chairpersons from the subcommittee members. To the maximum extent practicable, a policy of rotation of membership will be practiced in staffing the subcommittees.
Technical Subcommittees. The Coordinating Committee may establish subcommittees as necessary to expedite work. The Coordinating Committee will establish the roles and responsibilities of each subcommittee. Each subcommittee shall consist of an equal number of Trustee and Participating Party representatives, unless otherwise agreed. A subcommittee shall be co-chaired by a Trustee representative and a representative of the Participating Parties unless otherwise agreed.

  • Subcommittees Unless otherwise provided in the Certificate of Incorporation, these bylaws or the resolutions of the Board designating the committee, a committee may create one (1) or more subcommittees, each subcommittee to consist of one (1) or more members of the committee, and delegate to a subcommittee any or all of the powers and authority of the committee.

  • Safety Committees Joint employee-elected and Employer appointed safety committees shall be formed in accord with WISHA requirements and following University of Washington policy. The Union is entitled to representation on the University-wide or specific organizational or divisional committees where bargaining unit employees are working. Any department or unit committee also dealing with health and safety issues in work areas shall appropriately involve bargaining unit employees. Participation in safety and health committees, including meeting time, health and safety research, work on committee assignments, seminars, and classes will be considered time worked for all employees in accordance with University policy. Release time must be arranged with supervisors in advance. When the committee makes a recommendation that requires action or approval beyond its scope of authority, the Employer will communicate its disposition of the formal written recommendation within thirty (30) days.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.
