Party Representatives shall have the meaning assigned in Section 9.3(a).

Party Representatives means the College’s and Architect’s/Engineer’s respective representatives identified in the Project Information Section of this Agreement. The Parties may change their respective Party Representative upon prior written notice of such change to the other Party’s Representative, provided that the other Party accepts such change.
