In the case of a decision taken by the Joint Committee which is subject to the fulfillment of internal legal requirements of either of the Parties or Signatory Parties, this decision shall enter into force, if no later date is contained therein, on the date of the receipt of the latter diplomatic note confirming that all internal procedures have been fulfilled. The Joint Committee shall establish its own rules of procedure.
