Public Hearings. If public hearings on the scope of work are held during the period of the Agreement, Contractor will make available to testify the personnel assigned to this Agreement. The Energy Commission will reimburse Contractor for compensation and travel of the personnel at the Agreement rates for the testimony which the Energy Commission requests.
Public Hearings. In projects involving the location of an airport, an airport runway, or a major runway extension, it has afforded the opportunity for public hearings for the purpose of considering the economic, social, and environmental effects of the airport or runway location and its consistency with goals and objectives of such planning as has been carried out by the community and it shall, when requested by the Secretary, submit a copy of the transcript of such hearings to the Secretary. Further, for such projects, it has on its management board either voting representation from the communities where the project is located or has advised the communities that they have the right to petition the Secretary concerning a proposed project.
Public Hearings. Assist the City in the conduct of a public hearing(s) on the proposed improvements for the PROJECT as necessary to inform the public, governmental agencies, and affected parties as to construction traffic control, construction sequence and methods, estimated time and duration of project construction, environmental assessment, right-of-way requirements, estimated project costs, etc. Provide adequate visual displays for public presentations and in electronic format for use in Power Point presentation.
Public Hearings. A. If public hearings on the subject matter dealt with in this Agreement are held within one year from the Agreement expiration date, Contractor shall make available to testify the personnel assigned to this Agreement at the hourly rates specified in Contractor’s proposed budget. The DSH shall reimburse Contractor for travel of said personnel at the Agreement, or if none, at State rates for such testimony as may be requested by the DSH.
Public Hearings. 7.6.1 Where an Affected Yukon First Nation objects to an expropriation, there shall be a public hearing in respect of the location and extent of the Land to be acquired. The procedure for the public hearing shall include the following:

Public Hearings. Public hearings regarding preparation of the Plans will be planned and conducted in a manner that satisfies the requirements of CEQA, NEPA, and any other applicable state or federal laws.
Public Hearings. In the event the Grantee fails to respond to the Franchising Authority’s notice or in the event that the alleged default is not remedied within forty-five (45) days or the date projected by the Grantee, the Franchising Authority shall schedule a public hearing to investigate the default. Such public hearing shall be held at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Franchising Authority that is scheduled at a time that is no less than ten (10) business days therefrom. The Franchising Authority shall notify the Grantee in writing of the time and place of such meeting and provide the Grantee with a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

Public Hearings. If public hearings on the subject matter dealt with in this Agreement are held during the period of the Agreement, the DOE shall ensure that the Facility Operator makes available to testify the Facility Operator personnel assigned to this Agreement if requested by the Sponsor. The Sponsor will reimburse, by advance payment, the labor and travel costs of testifying personnel assigned to this Agreement at the Facility Operator's rates for such work. Any terms and conditions will be contained in the Scope of Work. If the need for witness(es) arises during the grant performance, the parties shall negotiate the details of any necessary appearances.
