System Design and Development Services Actively participate in functional and technical design sessions based upon detailed schedules Support development of design specifications with functional and technical SMEs that are familiar with legacy systems Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) is drafted by SANDAG with mutual agreement of all parties. The RTM is used to verify System compliance to the Contract Requirements and test procedures. Provide Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for each existing interface as a baseline at the beginning of the project. Provide Contractor access to SANDAG’s existing Merchant Service Provider Nuevi, and providing or causing Nuevi to provide their ICD for interfacing with the new BOS. General  Develop all necessary documentation for SANDAG to review and submit the documentation for review no less than 10 Business Days prior to requirements reviews, focus group meetings or design reviews.  Conduct meetings and submission review cycles as deemed necessary to address all design issues to SANDAG’s satisfaction.  Verify and demonstrate BOS compliance with PCI-DSS, security, performance measurements and SLAs.  Demonstrate pre-production working products (such as beta versions) during the Design review process. Requirements Traceability Matrix  Utilize RTM as the basis for functional verification design, development and testing. Test Plan  SANDAG’s Approval of any aspect of testing does not relieve the Contractor of its responsibility to meet the full Requirements of the Contract

Related to System Design and Development Services Actively

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider.   • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.
