Design Review Process definition

Design Review Process means that process for Agency’s review of the design of the Project set forth in Section 402 of this Agreement.
Design Review Process means the Airport's process for ensuring that tenant developments, alterations or modifications comply with the Airport's Terminal Design Standards, which preserve the design quality that has been established in the Airport, and are kept on file in the Airport administrative offices.
Design Review Process is described in Attachment No. 8 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • In connection with any request for consent to any Alterations under this Section 10(b), Tenant shall adhere to the Design Review Process and the Tenant Design Guidelines.

More Definitions of Design Review Process

Design Review Process has the meaning given to it in Section 3.2 of the Performance Specification.
Design Review Process means the design review processes set out in Schedule 8 as may be amended, varied or replaced by Kāinga Ora from time to time. DPM means the Development Partner Meetings to be established by the parties in accordance with clause 6 of the Kāinga Ora General Terms, the first members of which are identified in clause 7 of the Specific Terms.
