Merchant Service Provider definition

Merchant Service Provider has the meaning set out in Article 6, Section C.
Merchant Service Provider for purposes of this Agreement, a Merchant Service Provider shall mean any third party through whom CyberSource may offer the Transaction Services to Customer, including but not limited to a reseller, Independent Sales Organization (“ISO”), application service provider, merchant aggregator, acquiring bank and financing agency.
Merchant Service Provider or “MSP” - means a merchant bank, an agent for a merchant bank, or an independent sales organization (ISO) for a merchant bank, that provides Merchant with an account to accept credit cards and provides certain services related thereto.
