Superintendent of Schools or Designee a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may file his/her written grievance with the Superintendent or Designee within ten (10) days following receipt of the decision at Level One.

The superintendent of schools, or the superintendent's designated representative, shall consider any formal grievance submitted within ten (10) days of the disposition at Level Two, may conduct hearings, and shall respond in writing within ten (10) school days of receipt of the grievance. Superintendent of Schools or Designee. 1. When the investigation is completed and the report of the findings submitted to the superintendent or designee, the associate superintendent, Office of Human Resources, will notify the employee, in writing, of one of the following:
Superintendent of Schools or Designee. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) workdays after the grievance was delivered to the Supervisor, he/she may, within five (5) workdays after a decision by the Supervisor, or within fifteen (15) workdays after the grievance was delivered to the Supervisor, whichever is sooner, he/she may submit the grievance in writing to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The Superintendent or his designee will render a decision within ten (10) workdays of his/her receipt of the grievance. All parties to the grievance are urged to attempt to resolve the matter informally prior to this submission.
