Subproject Leaders. The Project is organized in six (6) Subprojects: each of the Subprojects Identification, Mechanisms and Validation is coordinated by a Subproject Coordinator and by a Subproject Co-coordinator (collectively called Subproject Leaders); ; each of the Subprojects Horizontal Integration, Training and Management is coordinated by a Subproject Coordinator Subproject Coordinators and Subproject Co-coordinators shall be referred to individually or collectively as a “Subproject or Leader or the “Subproject Leaders”.. The Subproject Leaders will coordinate the activities of their corresponding the Subproject activities and shall maintain the documentation of these activities. The Subproject Leaders will transmit any document and information in relation to the activities of their corresponding Subproject activities to both the Contractors concerned and to the Coordinator. All Subproject Leader meetings will be recorded with meeting minutes by the corresponding Subproject Leaders and sent to the Coordinator. The Subproject Leaders will approve the Project Ddeliverables submitted by each of the Work Ppackage operating within their corresponding Subproject and will send any related documents to the Coordinator.

Subproject Leaders. The Subproject Leaders are the most important links between Subprojects, the Governing Board, the Scientific Management Board and the Project Manager. The tasks of subproject leaders include: - the day-to-day management of the WP or TTP - the scientific monitoring and coordination of the individual Subproject tasks and their implementation - propose budget allocation - reporting progress to the Scientific Management Board - being responsible for overseeing the reports and deliverables of the Joint Programme of Activities and Joint Programme of Research Activities - submit its draft of Detailed Joint Programme of Activities describing the key-steps of its Subproject’s framework for each 18 months period, - each 6 months period, present progress reports on the state of advancement of its Subproject’s tasks according to its Detailed Joint Programme of Activities, - identify Contractors presenting financial or technical risks within its Subproject and inform the Scientific Management Board, - inform the Scientific Management Board of any other difficulty arising in connection with the conduct of its Subproject tasks, - submit to the SMB any other information or proposition arising from its Subproject - organization of research meetings within each Subproject among the relevant partners with regards to the Subproject tasks and research objectives as required.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement.   • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
