Related Documents definition

Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.
Related Documents means the Notes, the Certificate, the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Indenture, the Asset Representations Review Agreement, the Trust Agreement and the Underwriting Agreement. The Related Documents to be executed by any party are referred to herein as “such party’s Related Documents,” “its Related Documents” or by a similar expression.
Related Documents. The words "Related Documents" mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.

Related Documents means, with respect to any Collateral Loan, (i) the loan or credit agreement evidencing such Collateral Loan, (ii) the principal security agreement, and (iii) if the same can be obtained without undue expense or effort, all other documents evidencing, securing, guarantying, governing or giving rise to such Collateral Loan.
