Related Documents mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.
Related Documents means the Notes, the Certificate, the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Indenture, the Asset Representations Review Agreement, the Trust Agreement and the Underwriting Agreement. The Related Documents to be executed by any party are referred to herein as “such party’s Related Documents,” “its Related Documents” or by a similar expression.

  • The Purchaser shall admit the identity of the property purchased by him with that described in the Related Documents without requiring any further proof.

  • The Assignee shall not be required to explain or remedy any discrepancy or omission discovered in the Related Documents.

Related Documents. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the documents specified in Section 2.1(b) of the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement and any documents required to be added to such documents pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, the Trust Agreement, Indenture or the Servicing Agreement.
Related Documents means the Sale Agreement, the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Indenture, the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement, the CEF Limited Liability Company Agreement, the Administration Agreement and all other agreements, instruments, and documents and including all other pledges, powers of attorney, consents, assignments, contracts, notices, and all other written matter whether heretofore, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any Person, or any employee of any Person, and delivered in connection with any of the foregoing. Any reference in the foregoing documents to a Related Document shall include all Annexes, Exhibits and Schedules thereto, and all amendments, restatements, supplements or other modifications thereto, and shall refer to such Related Document as the same may be in effect at any and all times such reference becomes operative.
