SUBCONTRACTOR'S COMPENSATION. 5.1 MANAGEMENT FEES. Commencing on the date hereof, Owner shall pay Subcontractor property management and leasing fees in an amount equal to three percent (3.0%) of Gross Revenues (the "Management Fees") on a monthly basis from the rental income received from the Property over the term of this Agreement. In the event Subcontractor assists with planning and coordinating the construction of any tenant-paid finish-out or improvements, Subcontractor shall be entitled to receive from any such tenant (but not from Owner or Manager) an amount equal to not greater than five percent (5.0%) of the cost of such tenant improvements. Subcontractor will not be required to provide construction management services (except as provided in Section 2.3(a) above) or provide tenant improvements on a "turn-key" basis unless Owner or Manager retains Subcontractor to perform such services pursuant to a separate written agreement.

SUBCONTRACTOR'S COMPENSATION. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to compensate Subcontractor as set forth in each SOW. Subcontractor may be compensated on a time and materials or fixed price basis as stated in the applicable SOW. In addition, Contractor shall reimburse Subcontractor for its preapproved reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Subcontractor in connection with its performance of the Services. Subcontractor shall bill Xxxtractor at biweekly intervals for time and materials engagements or at agreed-upon milestones, for fixed price engagements, all as set forth in the relevant SOW. Invoices shall be mailed to Contractor at the address set forth in Paragraph 16 hereof. Each invoice submitted by Subcontractor will provide complete supporting detail for the Services invoiced, including, to the extent applicable to a particular engagement, the dates of Services and hours worked at the negotiated rate on each day. Invoices shall also include receipts or other suitable detail concerning related expenses. Contractor shall pay undisputed invoices or provide written notice of disputed invoices within thirty (30) days of receipt. The parties agree to use good faith best efforts to resolve disputes concerning invoices within sixty (60) days of the date of Contractor's receipt of the applicable invoice. Hourly rates to be charged by Subcontractor personnel shall be as set forth in the applicable SOW.
SUBCONTRACTOR'S COMPENSATION. During the term of this Agreement, BearingPoint agrees to compensate Subcontractor up to JOD 17500.00 for the accepted deliverables to be delivered at the schedule specified in Exhibit E. At no point during the performance of this Agreement shall exceed the amount that is listed in Exhibit E. Under no circumstances shall BearingPoint be liable to Subcontractor for the payment of Services performed under this Agreement in excess of the not-to-exceed amount specified in Exhibit E. BearingPoint shall pay correct invoices within forty-five (45) days of BearingPoint's receipt of Subcontractor's invoice.
SUBCONTRACTOR'S COMPENSATION. (a) During the term of this Agreement, BearingPoint agrees to compensate Subcontractor at the hourly or other billing rate identified in Exhibit A. Under no circumstances shall BearingPoint be liable for any payment for Subcontractor’s performance of the Services in excess of the total “not-to-exceed” amount specified in Exhibit A. BearingPoint will not reimburse expenses unless expressly provided in Exhibit A.

In the event Subcontractor assists with planning and coordinating the construction of any tenant-paid finish-out or improvements, Subcontractor shall be entitled to receive from any such tenant an amount equal to not greater than five percent (5.0%) of the cost of such tenant improvements up to $750,000; three percent (3.0%) of the cost of such improvements which exceed $750,000 and two percent (2.0%) of the cost of such improvements which exceed $1,000,000.

  • Workmen's Compensation Employee may be entitled to compensation for time loss and disability for injuries or illnesses occurring on-the-job according to the terms of a worker's compensation insurance policy held by Government. Employee is responsible for reporting to Employee's supervisor as soon as practical any on-the-job related injury or illness.

  • Managers Compensation Any or all Managers may receive such reasonable compensation for their services, whether in the form of salary or otherwise, with expenses, if any, as the Board of Managers may from time to time determine.

  • Adviser’s Compensation Each Fund shall pay to the Adviser, as compensation for the Adviser’s services hereunder, a fee, determined as described in Schedule A that is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such fee shall be computed daily and paid not less than monthly in arrears by each Fund. The method for determining net assets of a Fund for purposes hereof shall be the same as the method for determining net assets for purposes of establishing the offering and redemption prices of Fund shares as described in the Fund’s Registration Statement. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

  • SUB-ADVISER'S COMPENSATION The Fund shall pay to the Sub-Adviser, as compensation for the Sub-Adviser's services hereunder, a fee, determined as described in Schedule A that is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such fee shall be computed daily and paid not less than monthly in arrears by the Fund. The Sub-Adviser will be compensated based on the portion of Fund assets allocated to the Sub-Adviser by the Adviser. The method for determining net assets of the Fund for purposes hereof shall be the same as the method for determining net assets for purposes of establishing the offering and redemption prices of Fund shares as described in the Fund's prospectus. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

  • Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.
