No Recordation. Tenant shall not record this Lease without prior written consent from Landlord. However, either Landlord or Tenant may require that a "Short Form" memorandum of this Lease executed by both parties be recorded. The party requiring such recording shall pay all transfer taxes and recording fees.

In addition to any such remedies, Purchaser shall be obligated to execute an instrument in recordable form releasing this Agreement or memorandum or affidavit, and Purchaser’s obligations pursuant to this Section 12.14 shall survive any termination of this Agreement as a surviving obligation.
No Recordation. No memorandum or other document relating to this Agreement will be recorded without the prior written consent of Seller, and any such consent or approval will be conditioned upon Buyer providing Seller with a quitclaim deed fully executed and acknowledged by Buyer, quitclaiming any and all interests that it may have in the Property to Seller, which quitclaim deed Seller may record in the event that this Agreement is terminated or the transaction contemplated herein is not consummated.
