STRIKE OR. During the term of this there shall be no strike or lockout'' shall have the Labour Relations Act. The strike, slowdown or unlawful pick this Agreement.
STRIKE OR. The Company agrees that it not lock out its employees during the term of this Agreement. The Union and the employees agree that there will be no strike during the term of this Agreement. The word and the word 'Strike' shall be deemed to have the meaning given those words in the Labour Relations Act (Ontario).
STRIKE OR. The Union agrees that there will be no strike during the terms of this Agreement, and accordingly, should any or all of the employees covered by this agreement take such action, the Union will declare the action to be in violation of this Agreement and require the employees involved to return to work and perform their usual duties. Where individuals in a labour dispute, other than those in the bargaining unit, engage in a strike and maintain picket lines, and where employees of the bargaining unit could suffer personal harm, the Employer will endeavour to safeguard such employees. The Employer agrees that during the term of this will be no lockout. Strike and lockout bear the meanings used in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
STRIKE OR. In view of the orderly procedure established by the Agree- ment for the settling of disputes and the handling of griev- ances, the Union agrees that, during the lifetime of this Agree- ment, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown either com- plete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lock-out The words "strike" and "lock-out" as used herein are agreed to have the meanings defined for these words in the present Ontario Labour Relations Act of January as amended.
