STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strike and the University agrees that there shall be no lockout during the term of this Collective Agreement. The words “strike” and “lockout” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 13.01 There shall be no strike or lockout during the term of this Agreement or of any renewal of this agreement. The terms “strike” and “lockout” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 9.01 The University agrees that there will be no lockout of employees and the Union agrees that there will be no strike, during the term of this agreement. The words “strike” and “lockout” shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act. 9.02 In the event that an(y) employee(s) of Trent University, other than those covered by this Agreement, engages in a strike, employees covered by this Agreement shall not be required to perform work normally done by that (those) employee(s). However, employees are expected to perform their own scheduled duties during such periods. 9.03 Employees shall not be required or coerced in any way to perform the work of any other University employees who have chosen not to cross a picket line.

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 7.01 AMAPCEO agrees that there will be no lockout of employees, and the Union agrees that there will be no strike, so long as this agreement continues to operate. The words "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 13.1 There shall be no strikes, slowdowns, walk-outs, lock-outs or similar interruptions of work during the life of this Agreement. Further, the officials of the Union agree not to encourage or authorize any strike or cessation of work contrary to this Agreement.

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. L34.01 The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout of Teachers and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike during the term of this agreement. Lockout and strike shall be as defined in the Labour Relations Act. L34.02 In the event of a strike by other employees, representatives of the Employer will meet with representatives of the Union prior to the strike to discuss the impact of the strike on the Union’s membership.

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 6.01 The Board agrees that there shall be no lockout of Occasional Teachers during the term of this Agreement and the Association agrees that there shall be no strike during the term of this Agreement.

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. There shall be no strike or lockout during the term of this Agreement or any renewal of the Agreement brought about through failure of either party to serve notice of proposed changes in accordance with the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 4.01 There shall be no strikes or lockouts as defined by the Ontario Labour Relations Act, so long as this Agreement continues to operate.
