NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS. 3.01 The Employer agrees that, during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof, it will not cause or direct any lockouts of its employees and the Union agrees that during the lifetime of this Agreement or any extension thereof, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial.
NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS. Section 1. The University agrees that during the term of this Agreement, it shall not cause or permit any lockout of employees from their work. In the event that an employee is unable to perform his/her assigned duties because equipment or facilities are not available due to a strike, work stoppage or slowdown by any other employees, such inability to provide work shall not be deemed a lockout and Graduate Assistants shall not suffer any subsequent loss of pay or benefits.
NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS. 6.1 The Association and its members will not encourage, support or participate in any strike as defined in the "New Mexico Highlands University Labor Management Relations Resolution."
NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS. During the term of this agreement or any renewal thereof, there shall be no strike or lockouts as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS. During the term of this Agreement, no member of the bargaining unit shall withhold services, orengage in any strike, slowdown, or refusal to perform assigned duties, or interrupt the normal operations of the College. If there is a violation of this paragraph, the involved members of the bargaining unit will be subject to disciplinary action. The College agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. Violation of this paragraph by the College shall subject the College to the grievance procedure contained herein and if it is established that the College engaged in an unlawful lockout during the term of this Agreement, the College shall be required to pay the wages of those employees locked out for the period of the lockout.
NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS. 5.01 It is agreed that there will be no strikes during the lifetime of this Agreement.
NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS. 12.01 The Union undertakes and agrees that while this Agreement is in operation neither the Union nor any employee shall take part in or call or encourage any strike, picketing, sit-down, slowdown, or any suspension or stoppage of or interference with work or production against the Board which shall in any way affect the operation of the Board, nor shall there be any sympathy strikes or secondary boycotts and the Board agrees that it will not engage in any lockouts during the term of this Agreement.
NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS. 9.1 The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement as long as the parties act in accord with this 9.2 of this Article there shall be no lockout of Hospitalists covered by this Agreement.

No employee shall, either directly or indirectly, take part in or cause or attempt to cause any strike of any sort whatsoever, either complete or partial against the Employer; furthermore, employees shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in any stoppages of work. Any employee who engages in any such prohibited conduct shall be subject to discipline or discharge. The grievance procedure set forth herein provides the sole remedy for the settlement of employee grievances.
