Storm Drainage Facilities. “Storm Drainage Facilities" means all storm drainage and retention/detention facilities located on the Condominium or within easements for the benefit of the Condominium, including but not limited to the infiltration basin and all storm sewer lines, manhole covers, storm drainage grates and drainage xxxxxx, as identified on the engineering plans for the Condominium which have been approved by Sylvan Township. As provided in Article 4 below, the Storm Drainage Facilities are General Common Elements. The term “Storm Drainage Facilities”, as used in this Master Deed, shall be deemed to include all inflow and outflow structures and permanent soil erosion and sedimentation control measures.

Storm Drainage Facilities. The Storm Drainage Facilities are established to assure the perpetual functioning of the storm water drainage system across the Condominium as described in this Master Deed. The Association shall be responsible for the care, management, maintenance, operation, inspection, repair and replacement of the Storm Drainage Facilities in accordance with the requirements of applicable governmental authorities. A portion of the Storm Drainage Facilities may be located on Units. To maintain the intended function of the Storm Drainage Facilities, no modification, use or occupancy of such areas is allowed without the prior written approval of the Developer, the Association and applicable governmental authorities. The provisions contained in this Article 6, Section 6.8, shall not be amended in any way without the prior written consent of Sylvan Township.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • System Protection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Common Facilities Common Facilities shall mean the non-assigned parking areas; lobby; elevator(s); fire stairs; public hallways; public lavatories; all other general Building facilities that service all Building tenants; air conditioning rooms; fan rooms; janitors' closets; electrical closets; telephone closets; elevator shafts and machine rooms; flues; stacks; pipe shafts and vertical ducts with their enclosing walls. Lessor may at any time close temporarily any Common Facilities to make repairs or changes therein or to effect construction, repairs or changes within the Building, or to discourage non-tenant parking, and may do such other acts in and to the Common Facilities as in its judgement may be desirable to improve the convenience thereof, but shall always in connection therewith, endeavor to minimize any inconvenience to Lessee.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Sanitary Facilities (as per Occupational Health and Safety [Building Industry] Regulations 1985)

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.
