STEP INCREASE SYSTEM. Two Quality Step increases (Quality Step 1 and 2), each equal to 2% of midpoint of range in year in which award is paid, will be available after an individual has attained administrative appointment. The College will develop criteria for Quality Step increases in consultation with the PAA. Individuals will apply for Quality Step increases in the spring of each year based on procedures to be developed by the College.
STEP INCREASE SYSTEM. Effective with the date of ratification by the FOP and upon ratification by the Board of Regents, (FY 16), each Member shall be compensated according to the Police Pay Scale, attached as appendix 1, ("Police Pay Scale"), at the annual rate of pay for the classification and step applicable as of the enclosed chart noted as Appendix A, unless reclassified or unless granted a step increase as follows. In the event that the USM grants merit increases to employees for any one of the fiscal years covered by this MOU, each member shall move one (1) step on the attached wage scale effective July 1 of the corresponding fiscal year provided that funding is available and the employee’s performance is satisfactory or better on their last prior performance evaluation. The University shall include a sufficient funding request for step increases in its budgetary submission each fiscal year covered by the MOU. The step increases described in this section however, shall occur only if the State Legislature and the University System of Maryland (USM) approves and allows merit funding for step increases.
STEP INCREASE SYSTEM. Effective with the first pay period commencing after both ratification of this Agreement by the FOP and the approval of this Agreement by the USM Board of Regents have occurred, each Member shall be compensated according to the revised Police Pay Scale, attached as Appendix A. In the event that the USM grants merit increases to employees during the period covered by this MOU, in lieu of receiving said merit increase, each member shall move one (1) step on the revised Police Pay Scale, attached as Appendix A effective the first pay period following the date on which USM made such increases effective provided that funding is available and the employee’s performance is satisfactory or better on their last prior performance evaluation. The University shall include a sufficient funding request for step increases in its budgetary submission each fiscal year covered by the MOU. The step increases described in this section however, shall occur only if the Maryland General Assembly and the USM approves and allows merit funding for step increases.

Related to STEP INCREASE SYSTEM

  • Step Increase Employees shall move to the next step of the salary schedule, only when agreed to specifically by parties in contract negotiations. If a step increase is provided, it shall be granted to those employees who receive an overall performance evaluation rating of “Effective” or higher. An employee who receives an overall performance evaluation of less than “Effective” shall not be eligible for the Board approved step increase; however, if the affected employee receives an overall performance evaluation of “Effective” or higher for the succeeding year he/she shall be granted the withheld step but not on a retroactive basis.

  • Step Increases (a) The following is the method used to determine service credit, since the last date of hire, for purposes of positioning on the salary range:

  • Wage Increase 1. The minimum hourly wage amounts in the salary table in column I (job grades 1 up to and includ- ing 3) concern the statutory minimum wage and are adjusted in the event of an increase in the statutory minimum wage.

  • FUNDING INCREASE 1. The Commonwealth shall notify the Grantee in writing of any funding increases under this Agreement.

  • Funding Increases Before the Funder can make an allocation of additional funds to the HSP, the parties will:

  • Pricing Increase Requests Subsequent to the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term and in accordance with the schedule for price adjustments established by OGS, Contractor may request an increase in the pricing contained in the Centralized Contract by submitting an update request based on change in pricing level as contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure to the OGS Contract Administrator. With any price increase request, in addition to the requirements contained in Appendix C, the Contractor must certify in writing that the price change for the Services is the same as its pricing in its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State.

  • Longevity Increment All unit members who have completed the required years of District service, as defined below, shall be eligible to receive a longevity increment.

  • Periodic Increases Periodic increases are provided as follows:

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • RENT INCREASE 6.1 The Landlord is entitled to increase the Rent payable under this tenancy, either during the Tenancy Term or any subsequent renewal or periodic term, on each anniversary of the start date of this tenancy (“The Rent Increase Date”). The increase will be a minimum 5% in addition to the current Rent payable. Should the Landlord elect to do so they will first serve written notice on the Tenant in accordance with these Tenancy Terms and Conditions of at least one calendar month prior to the Rent Increase Date (“the Rent Increase Notice”).
