Steam Price. The price per MMBtu for steam purchased by the Buyer under this Agreement shall be calculated annually pursuant to this Article 7. The price shall consist of a Capacity Charge (pursuant to Section 7.2), an O&M Charge (pursuant to Section 7.3) and a Fuel Charge (pursuant to Section 7.4). The difference between the steam price as established at the beginning of each Service Year and the per MMBtu Actual Cost of Steam shall be included in the Annual Reconciliation pursuant to Section 2.6.. Any payments, credits, or other benefits having economic value to the Seller that are created by the sale of steam to the Buyer shall be applied to reduce the price of steam charged to the Buyer. These benefits include, but are not limited to, renewable energy credits, greenhouse gas credits, and combined heat and power credits.

Steam Price. Calculations for steam delivered to Buyer will be made on a daily basis and totaled at the end of each month. The price for the steam delivered will be calculated as follows: Buyer's avoided Steam Price = fuel cost x (MMBTUs delivered - MMBTUs returned) x .5 Boiler efficiency where: Buyer's avoided fuel cost = The lesser of the price per million BTUs which Seller pays for natural gas under its Agreement with PSE&G or the price per million 26 BTUs which Buyer would have paid for #2 oil based on the average of 2 bids received by Buyer for delivery of such oil. Buyer shall not be required to solicit such bids unless (i) it intends to rely on the price of oil or (ii) Seller requests it do so.   • Supply Price In event BTC exercises the Supply Option, the Supply Agreement shall afford Auxilium supply terms for Year 1 that are not less favorable than the average price afforded to Auxilium by the Back-Up Suppliers for the year immediately preceding the Supply Date and supply terms for each successive year that are not less favorable than the average price afforded to Auxilium by the Back-Up Suppliers for each preceding year as applicable.

  • GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE PROPOSAL 7.1 At the conclusion of the Design Development phase the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal to Owner based on the Design Development phase documents and review comments. The GMP shall be delivered to the Owner within three (3) weeks of the Design Development review meeting or a date established by the Owner. The GMP Proposal must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines established by Owner and delivered in the format specified by Owner in Exhibit “E” attached to this Agreement. Owner, at its sole option and discretion, may specify different requirements for the GMP Proposal. Contractor shall not withdraw its Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal for ninety (90) days following submission to Owner.

  • Contract Price 5.01 Owner shall pay Contractor for completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents the amounts that follow, subject to adjustment under the Contract:

  • THE CONTRACT PRICE A. This Contract is an indefinite-quantity contract for construction work and services. The Estimated Annual Value of this Contract is $2,000,000. This is only an estimate and may increase or decrease at the discretion of Sourcewell.

  • Unit Price Unless the bidder clearly indicates that the price is based on consideration of being awarded the entire lot and that an adjustment to the price was made based on receiving the entire bid, any difference between the unit price correctly extended and the total price shown for all items shall be offered shall be resolved in favor of the unit price.

  • Guaranteed Maximum Price The anticipated Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Project at the time this Agreement is executed is: Forty Six Million, Twenty Nine Thousand Dollars ($46,029,000)

  • Product Price Termination under any of the above paragraphs shall not result in any change to unit prices for Products not terminated.
