Capacity Charge. The capacity charge as provided for in Service Xxxxxx Xx. 00 applied to the Customer’s billing demand for its Existing and, as applicable, Additional Allocation(s) of Expansion Power as determined in Paragraph 4b below;
Capacity Charge. 5.1 The current capacity charges, as of July 1, 2016, for water and sewer services are $8,010 per EDU and $3,322 per EDU, respectively. These charges are due prior the installation of water meters. The District Board of Directors reserves its right to review and revise these charges from time to time subject to applicable law and the District’s approval procedures for such charges. Developer agrees to pay the capacity charge in effect at the time of providing services.
Capacity Charge. The Participant will incur a Capacity Charge in the event the Contracted DER fails a Test Activation for Energy or a Test Deployment for Local Reserve. A twenty percent (20%) dead band of the Quantity Activated or Quantity Deployed will be used in the assessment. For a Contracted DER that is a Thermal Resource, Storage Resource or Demand Response Resource (C&I), the Contracted DER is deemed to have failed a Test Activation for Energy if the following condition is true on average for the 5-minute intervals within a Test Activation: average(QDR 5min ) < 80% × average(QAh) Where is the Quantity Activated for hour “h” QDR5min is the Quantity Delivered/Reduced (kWh) in a 5-minute interval in a Test Activation Hour For a Demand Response Resource (Residential), the Contracted DER is deemed to have failed a Test Activation of Energy if the following condition is true on average for the hours within a Test Activation: average(QRh) < 80% × average(QAh) Where is the Quantity Reduced (kWh) in hour “h” and is calculated in accordance with Exhibit D – Demand Response Baselining For a Contracted DER that is a Thermal Resource, Storage Resource or Demand Response Resource (C&I), the Contracted DER is deemed to have failed a Test Deployment for Reserve if the following condition is true for any 5-minute intervals within a Test Deployment: QDR5min < 80% × QD5min Where QD5min is the Quantity Deployed for a 5-minute interval QDR5min is the Quantity Delivered/Reduced (kWh) in a 5-minute interval during a Test Deployment Eq. 15 sets out the calculation for the Capacity Charge ($) applicable to the month “m”.
Capacity Charge. For each month, commencing June 1, 2001 (as such --------------- date is extended for Force Majeure Events pursuant to Section 19) and each month thereafter during the Term, Buyer shall owe Capacity Charges calculated pursuant to Section 7.1.1 (subject to offsets pursuant to Section 5.5).
Capacity Charge. 6.1 In respect of the Relevant Year ending 31 March 2019, the term Kt means an amount in respect of the Capacity Charge in Relevant Year t which shall be derived from the formula that was contained in paragraph 6 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 of the version of this contract that was in force up until 31 March 2019. For subsequent Relevant Years, Kt shall have a value of zero.
Capacity Charge. The Capacity Charge to be paid by HECO to AES-BP during the full Term of this Agreement shall be at a fixed rate equal to $0.045995 per kilowatthour for each hour in which the capacity is available through May 31, 2003, and equal to $0.044095 per kilowatthour for each hour in which the capacity is available from June 1, 2003, through the end of the Term. To determine the available capacity, the Committed Capacity of the Facility will be multiplied by the hours in the prior month, and then any outage and/or derated hours occurring during the prior month (other than those excluded pursuant to Sections 3.2B(3) and 4.2) times the capacity value of the outage and/or derating (in kilowatts) will be subtracted. The available capacity in kilowatthours for the month in question shall then be multiplied by the rate to obtain the monthly capacity payment due to AES-BP as illustrated in Exhibit 6.
Capacity Charge. The Capacity Charge shall be payable Monthly in arrears in accordance with clause 12.5; provided that no Capacity Charge shall be payable in respect of the Run-off Period.
Capacity Charge. For each month in the Rate Year, Western shall xxxx each Contractor for a capacity charge equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the Capacity Dollar multiplied by each Contractor’s Contingent Capacity percentage as set forth in Attachment No. 1.
Capacity Charge. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Capacity Charge Payments shall be calculated in accordance with the formulas specified in Attachment J (Energy Charge and Capacity Charge Payment Formulas).
Capacity Charge. If specified in the Commercial Terms, the Buyer must pay the Capacity Charge attributable to the Site.
