SOE Leaders. The Director will officially represent the School of Education (SOE) in its relationship with the University and CEPS administration, other colleges in the University, and the community at large. The SOE Director will seek the advice of faculty in developing SOE and programmatic policies and procedures through shared governance. The SOE Director will be appointed by the Xxxx in consultation with full-time SOE faculty. The SOE Director will appoint the Associate and Assistant Directors, Program Coordinators, and Lead Instructors.
