Children’s. Weekday half-hour: You shall have the right to insert six 30-second commercial announcements (or other material constituting "commercial matter" under the FCC's regulations). WB shall have the right to insert six 30-second commercial announcements. Weekend half-hour: You shall have the right to insert five 30-second commercial announcements (or other material constituting "commercial matter" under the FCC's regulations). WB shall have the right to insert five 30-second commercial announcements and one 15-second commercial.

Children’s. Center Site Supervisor shall be compensated $1643 a year. This compensation does not fall under and is exempt from Article 28.4.3.

Children’s. Segments without music in segmented children's or educational-type programs may be distributed without fee.

Children’s. During the term of this Agreement, Children’s or its respective employees, agents and consultants, may receive, be given access to, or become familiar with certain information or trade secrets of Institution, including financial data and reports, patient and employee information, documents, memoranda, reports, records, files, correspondence, lists, operating or management systems or protocols (the “Institution Information”), all developed by or relating to Institution and all of which Institution considers proprietary and desires to maintain as confidential. Except as set forth below, Children’s agrees that it, directly and through its employees, agents and consultants, will take all reasonable efforts to hold Institution Information confidential, and will not disclose or use Institution Information for its own purposes, or any purpose other than the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, without the prior consent of Institution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement will be interpreted as placing any obligation of confidence and non-use on Children’s with respect to any Institution Information that can be demonstrated to have been independently developed by Children’s, or in the public domain or that comes into the public domain during the term of this Agreement through no fault of Children’s.

Children’s. Adults’ Vaccination

Children’s. 1 BP agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Town from and against any and all claims, charges, costs, damages or liabilities resulting from any construction or excavation work undertaken on 1 BP in connection with the Proposed Project by Children’s 1 BP or any of Children’s 1 BP’s contractors, Licensed Site Professionals or agents, but only to the extent that (a) such construction or excavation work exacerbates or exposes additional persons to the “Previously Reported 1 BP Conditions” (hereinafter defined) or (b) the claims, charges, costs, damages or liabilities arise as a result of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Children’s 1 BP or any of Children’s 1 BP’s contractors, Licensed Site Professionals or agents. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Previously Reported 1 BP Conditions” shall mean the presence or release on or before the date hereof of any “Hazardous Materials” or “Oil” (as such terms are defined in the Massachusetts Contingency Plan or “MCP” - - 310 CMR 40.0000) on, in, under or migrating from 1 BP, including without limitation releases reported to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (“DEP”) and assigned Release Tracking Numbers 3-25819 and 3-1188 (to the extent ▇▇▇ ▇-▇▇▇▇ relates to 1 BP). The Previously Reported 1 BP Conditions shall not include any Hazardous Materials or Oil located outside the boundaries of 1 BP (except to the extent such Hazardous Materials or Oil are migrating from 1 BP).

Children’s. Center Certified Paraprofessionals that serve the non-student children of APS employees shall be eligible for professional development and comp time with the following conditions: A. Requests for this Leave of Absence with Pay must be made at least two weeks in advance. B. The scheduling of the Leave is to be approved by the paraprofessional's supervisor. C. 10 hours of PD = 10 hours of comp time D. 10 hours of PD will be provided by Attleboro Public Schools E. Staff are required to attend 2-hour staff meetings each month
