Sign In/Sign Out. For the purpose of safety and security, bargaining unit members shall sign-in and sign-out each day including throughout the day, with an electronic system to be developed by the Board of Education. All custodians shall clock in at the start of their shift and clock out at the end of their shift. Additionally, any time custodians leave school grounds for lunch; they must clock out when leaving and clock in when returning.
Sign In/Sign Out. All bargaining unit members shall be required to sign in upon arrival at school work sites and to sign out upon leaving the work site.
Sign In/Sign Out. The Agency has determined that DDESS School Districts will not use general sign-in and sign-out requirements for bargaining unit members. However, individual sign-in and sign-out requirements may be used, at the discretion of the Superintendent and/or Principal, only for individual employees who have tardiness problems or who have left the work site early without permission.
Sign In/Sign Out a. Teachers shall indicate their presence for duty in the a.m. by means established by the Board, either manually or electronically. No staff member will “sign in” another staff member.
Sign In/Sign Out a. DDESS Puerto Rico District professional bargaining unit members shall sign-in on a form and at a designation selected by the Agency. Daily sign-out is not required. However, sign-in and sign-out may be required for mandatory Agency training, when bargaining unit members depart the worksite within the duty day or at the discretion of the Superintendent and/or school Principal for individual bargaining unit members who have tardiness problems or who have left the work site early or without permission. Bargaining unit members must comply with any security and/or visitor rules and procedures if they visit another District school to which they are not normally assigned.
Sign In/Sign Out. When dropping off your children, California law requires Sign-In / Sign-Out sheets. We become responsible when you sign in, and you assume responsibility when you sign out. You, as the adult, must sign your child in and out. You must use your full signature and not just initials. ( Initials) ( Initials)
Sign In/Sign Out. 9 Recognizing that family and personal emergencies may require immediate contact with members of the staff, the following procedures have been established:
Sign In/Sign Out. Nelly’s Childcare and Pre-School takes very seriously the sign in/sign-out process for each child in our campus. In addition, we provide Social Services with records of such sheets during their regular inspections. Parents are required to sign-in upon arrival and sign-out at the time of pick-up. When signing in and signing out, each parent is required to sign his/her full name in the space provided and the full name of their child in the space provided. This is a monitored requirement of our licensing agency. Parents will be assessed a $15.00 fee if they fail to either sign-in or sign-out their child or if they fail to follow campus policy and procedures for sign-in and sign-out.
Sign In/Sign Out. The Community Care Licensing Agency requires that each child be signed in and signed out at drop off and pick up. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fine per occurrence. The fine will be automatically charged to your payment method on file for tuition payments.
