Related to Your Children

  • Child/Children means persons who are of an age of two years and above but who are less than 12 years of age;

  • Children means all dependants named on a policy (not including spouse).

  • Child or Children means a child or children unmarried

  • Dependent children also means natural children, stepchildren, adopted children, children of a domestic partner, children placed for adoption and foster children.

  • Siblings means brothers or sisters. They are defined as children with at least one natural or adoptive parent in common, living at the same or a different address. To qualify as a sibling a child must be on the roll of the school in question at the date of application, allocation and admission.

  • Children of military families means: a school-aged child(ren), enrolled in Kindergarten through Twelfth (12th) grade, in the household of an active duty member.

Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Marriage and family therapist means a marriage and family therapist licensed by the board to practice marriage and family therapy as defined in division (G) of section 4757.01 of the Revised Code.

  • Name of Public Employer means “Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, for the use and benefit of Institution Name, Using Agency”

  • Preschool child means a child who is three years old or older but is not a school child.

  • Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Sibling means each of two (2) or more children having a parent in common by blood, adoption, marriage, or foster care.

  • Grandchild means a child of the employee's child.
