– Short Changes. The Union agrees that part-time employees may work short changes without begin paid overtime rates which are covered in Articles 13:09 and 13:11 of the collective agreement under the following conditions:

– Short Changes. In cases of short changes in operation schedules, there will be a minimum of eight (8) hours lapsed time between shift changes. Maintenance day workers changing from afternoon shift to day shift will have the opportunity during the first four hours of the last afternoon shift, to declare whether they wish to have an 8 or 12 hour break between shift changes. Employees whose first day shift is the following day may elect to take that first day shift or a portion of it off as an unpaid leave of absence.

  • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

  • GSA Changes Where NYS Net Prices are based on an approved GSA Schedule, the date the approved GSA Schedule pricing decreases during the Contract term; or

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.

  • Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees shall receive fourteen (14) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. Employees shall receive seven (7) calendar days’ notice of a temporary schedule change. A temporary schedule change is defined as lasting thirty (30) days or less. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a schedule change. The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible employee’s daily start and/or end time(s) by two (2) hours.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • Emergency Schedule Changes The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible employee’s workweek and work schedule without prior notice in emergencies or unforeseen operational needs.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

Overtime-eligible employees will receive ten (10) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Notice will normally be given to the affected employees during their scheduled working hours. If an affected employee is on extended leave, notice may be sent to the employee’s last known address.
