This Vendor Contract is subject to the contract Terms and Conditions set forth in paragraphs 1-26 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the Project Changes, Attachment 1, and Exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof.
There shall be no Project Changes unless expressly approved by DIT in a separate, written agreement stating, if applicable, the costs and schedule for completing the Project Change.
As used herein, “Substantially Conforming Changes” are changes, modifications or adjustments that are substantially consistent with the Project Approvals, and do not constitute Substantial Project Changes as defined in Section 3.2.4 of this Agreement.
