Agreement Change(s) definition

Agreement Change(s) means any change to services the Authority is contractually obligated to provide under this Agreement, which changes must be in writing but may take the form of a written amendment pursuant to Section 29(a), a Task Order pursuant to Section 29 or an annual update to the Performance Standards pursuant to Section 29.5(a).

Agreement Change(s) means any change to services the Authority is contractually obligated to provide under this Agreement but specifically excluding annual updates to the Performance Standards in accordance with Section 32.5 of the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, any changes to the Performance Standards other than annual updates initiated by the Authority in accordance with Section 32.5 are Agreement Changes.
