Agreement Change(s means any change to services the Authority is contractually obligated to provide under this Agreement but specifically excluding annual updates to the Performance Standards in accordance with Section 32.5 of the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, any changes to the Performance Standards other than annual updates initiated by the Authority in accordance with Section 32.5 are Agreement Changes.8.
