Day Workers. 15.1.1 Day workers shall be entitled to an unpaid meal break of 30 minutes duration. Such meal break shall be taken between the fourth and fifth hours from the daily commencement time of the employee/s concerned ordinary hours.
Day Workers. All time worked before or after the employee's regular work day or regular work week, or on an employee's regular day off or on a public holiday shall be considered overtime. Employees will not be required to work overtime unless impracticable to make other arrangements. Overtime rates will be as follows:
Day Workers. Employees who work during the regular school day shall be considered day workers and shall be paid the regular scheduled rate of pay.
Day Workers. The hours of work shall equate to a thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hour week. Seven and one- half (7 1/2) hours shall constitute a working day. Regular hours shall be: 08:00 - 12:00 and 12:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday. Day workers are Store Clerks.
Day Workers. 12.01 The regular hours for service for Day Workers shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. subject to the following conditions:

Day Workers. 7.1.1 Employees whose remuneration is expressed by an annual salary shall be required to work a 37.5 hour week from Monday to Friday inclusive, normally between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm, but a period for luncheon shall be taken daily at such times as the employer may approve and such period when so taken shall not be included in the ordinary hours of duty. A meal break shall normally be 45 minutes per day.
Day Workers. 4.10 Day workers, when requested to work other than their normal hours, shall be paid at the rate of two times their regular rate for the first period of work at the new hours.
Day Workers. (a) The Employer will schedule the work day between Monday and Friday so that it is divided into three (3) work periods separated by two (2), thirty (30) minute breaks. One (1) break will be paid, and the other break will be unpaid.
Day Workers. (a) Employees are entitled to one (1) thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch period and two (2) paid ten (10) minute break periods; one (1) in the morning and one (1) in the afternoon.
