Shift Premium and Bonus. There shall be a shift premium paid for afternoon shift and night shift. Effective February when the major portion of the shift falls between and a shift premium of one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour will apply. When the major portion of the shift falls between and a.m. a shift premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour will apply. Where overtime is worked on scheduled Days of Rest by day shift personnel, there shall be no shift premium paid. Shift premium pay shall not be taken into calculation where overtime premiums apply.
