Shade Structure Area. An outdoor event area is proposed for the open green space bordered by the Roosevelt Ice Complex to the north, parking lot to the east, Roosevelt Pool Complex to the south, and service road to the west. Some of the improvements proposed for this area include: ❖ Specify pre-engineered frame-support shade structures with coverage of about 5,000 to 10,000 square feet to shelter gatherings for 150 people. Consider pipe column & steel beam structure with removable fabric canopy. ❖ Site grading and landscape modification required for development of the area. SCOPE OF DESIGNATED SERVICES: The following tasks are anticipated based on the project objectives and desired elements as outlined by the City of Rapid City, Department of Parks and Recreation.

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.

The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.

  • Franchise Area The incorporated area (entire existing territorial limits) of the LFA, and such additional areas as may be annexed or acquired.

  • Project Changes 1.8.1. All changes shall be administered per the UGC.
