PSI hereby grants to Licensee a revocable, temporary license to use the Event Area for the Event during the Event Period on all of the terms and conditions hereof (“License”).
Participants must remove their vehicle from the Event Area immediately after unloading and return to complete setup.
All Volunteers must be registered before they enter the Event Area.
Participants may enter the Event Area with a vehicle prior to the start of an event and at the end of an event.
At the end of an event, Participants must tear down and prepare their items for pickup prior to returning with their vehicles to the Event Area.
If at any time I believe conditions of the Event or the Event Area to be unsafe, then I shall immediately discontinue further participation in the Event.

As a Participant or Volunteer, I assume the risks inherent in the Event and the Event Area and release the Event Organisers, employees of the Event Organisers, the Event Volunteers, and the landholders of the Event Area from any claim that I, or a third party, may assert against them in relation to a loss or damage that I incur as a result of my involvement in the Event, except where an injury, loss or damage is deliberately inflicted upon me by one of these persons.
At the start of an event, Participants will receive instructions on entering the Event Area and are required to enter on the street as instructed.
