Services of Others. The Client shall at its cost arrange for the provision of services from others as described in Appendix 2 (Personnel, Equipment, Facilities and Services of Others to be Provided by the Client), and the Consultant shall co-operate with the suppliers of such services but shall not be responsible for them or their performance.

Services of Others. 7.6.1 The Owner shall furnish surveys to describe physical characteristics, legal limitations and utility locations for the site of the Project, and a written legal description of the site. The surveys and legal information shall include, as applicable, grades and lines of streets, alleys, pavements and adjoining property and structures; designated wetlands; adjacent drainage; rights-of-way, restrictions, easements, encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, boundaries and contours of the site; locations, dimensions and necessary data with respect to existing buildings, other improvements and trees; and information concerning available utility services and lines, both public and private, above and below grade, including inverts and depths. All the information on the survey shall be referenced to a Project benchmark.
Services of Others. If the City requests the Advisor to arrange for the services of others, the fees and expenses of such others will be paid or reimbursed by the City. This excludes the Experience Modification Financial Analysis by Xxxxxxx Xxxxx of Workers Compensation Experience Analytics, the cost of which is paid for by the Advisor.

The Advisor may employ, retain or otherwise avail itself of the services or facilities of other Persons for the purpose of providing the Advisor, the Parent, the Company and its subsidiaries with such advice and information as the Advisor may deem necessary, appropriate or convenient for the discharge of its obligations hereunder or otherwise helpful to the Company and its subsidiaries. All services provided hereunder shall be provided at the offices of the Company in Puerto Rico. Advisor shall neither knowingly employ, continue in employment nor contract with, any individuals or entities who have been excluded from participation in any Federal, Commonwealth or state health care program, and shall cause applicable licensure and registry lists to be consulted, criminal background checks to be performed and federal and state program exclusion and debarment lists to be checked ("Background Checks") prior to employing or contracting with any person or entity.
