Services and Price. 7.1 Focus agrees to provide the Client with the Support Services.
7.2 The Client must pay Focus the Price for the Support Services.
7.3 The Price is GST inclusive unless otherwise specified and prices may change to reflect changes in the NDIS price guide.
7.4 Additional expenses (i.e. things that are not included as part of the Support Services) must be paid by the Client and are not included in the Price of the Support Services.
7.5 This subclause applies if Item 8A is selected. The Client has chosen to self-manage the funding for the Support Services provided under this Agreement. Following provision of the Support Services, Focus will provide the Client a tax invoice for those Support Services for the Client to pay. The Client must pay the tax invoice within 7 days of the date of that tax invoice in the manner required on the tax invoice.
7.6 This subclause applies if Item 8B is selected. The Client has nominated the Representative (listed in Item 5) to manage the funding for the Support Services provided under this Agreement. Following provision of the Support Services, Focus will provide the Representative with a tax invoice for the Representative to pay. The Representative must pay the invoice within 7 days of the date of that tax invoice in the manner required on the tax invoice.
7.7 This subclause applies if Item 8C is selected. The Client has nominated the NDIA to manage the funding for the Support Services provided under this Agreement. Following provision of the Support Services, Focus will claim payment from the NDIA. The Client agrees to promptly take all reasonable steps and give all necessary consents to allow Focus to finalise its claim from the NDIA.
7.8 This subclause applies if Item 8D is selected. The Client has nominated the Plan Management Provider (listed in Item 9) to manage the funding for the Support Services provided under this Agreement. Following provision of the Support Services, Focus will claim payment from the Plan Management Provider. The Client agrees to promptly take all reasonable steps and give all necessary consents to allow Focus to finalise its claim from the Plan Management Provider. If Focus claims payment from the Plan Management Provider by issuing a tax invoice, the Plan Management Provider must pay the tax invoice within 7 days of the date of that tax invoice in the manner required by that invoice.
7.9 If, for any reason, the Client is not entitled to NDIS funding in respect of and part of the Support Services...
Services and Price. (1) The Parties have agreed to revoke the Supporting Document C of the Agreement concerning the List of Interconnection Services and Price and to substitute it with Attachment-III hereof.
(2) In the event that there to be Services that have not yet been provided for in the Attachment-III hereof the Parties shall discuss and agree upon the same and substantiate the agreement in a separate minutes and subsequently enter it into Amendment. Such Minutes and Amendment shall become part and parcel of the Agreement.
Services and Price. 1.1 In consideration of payment by the Authority of the sum of £40,000 (“the Contract Price”), the Contractor shall provide the outputs described in the Proposal, (“the outputs”) and set out in Clause 1.2 below.
1.2 The Authority wishes to ensure that UK component manufacturers maintain their position as suppliers of space qualified EEE components for European spacecraft for which it requires specialist technical support. The main elements of this support comprise technical activities to ensure continuation of the qualification status of the UK EEE component manufacturers on the ESCC (European Space Components Coordination) QPL (Qualified Products List). This will involve: Regular technical visits to UK suppliers of space qualified EEE components Liaison between ESA and the suppliers to ensure that their qualification is maintained Assistance with resolution of any non-compliance issues Representation of UK Space Agency at Policy and Technical WG meetings as required.
