SEP Completion Date. The SEP shall be completed in its entirety no later than June 30, 2025 (“SEP Completion Date”). If circumstances beyond the control of CDFW prevent completion of the SEP by that date, the Executive Officer may extend the SEP Completion Date in writing. CDFW must send its request for an extension in writing with the necessary justification to the Executive Officer a minimum of 30 days prior to the SEP Completion Date.
SEP Completion Date. Pursuant to SEP Policy section VIII.X., the Director of OE may approve a project implementation schedule memorialized in a stipulated order allowing for a SEP to be completed within 48 months based on a finding that a SEP provides an exceptional environmental benefit. On June 1, 2023, the Director of OE granted the Prosecution Team’s request for the 48-month project implementation schedule through issuance of the Director of the Office of Enforcement’s Findings of Exception Environmental Benefit for the Calas Park Stormwater SEP with a 48- Month Project Schedule, based on finding an exceptional environmental benefit.
SEP Completion Date. The proposed timeline for completion of the SEP is consistent with the SEP Policy, which requires that all projects be completed within 36 months of the adoption of a stipulated order.
SEP Completion Date. The SEP shall be constructed in its entirety no later than October 14, 2012 (the “SEP Completion Period”). If permits are delayed or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CCRCD or the Discharger prevent completion of the SEP by that date, Regional Water Board staff may extend the SEP Completion Period by up to one (1) year, to October 14, 2013. The Regional Water Board staff acknowledges that no construction may occur during the steelhead spawning season, which extends from October 15 to June 15 of each year. The Discharger must send its request for an extension in writing with necessary justification to the Designated Regional Water Board Representative.

If other circumstances beyond the control of VVWRA prevent completion of the SEP by that date, the Executive Officer may extend the SEP Completion Date in writing. VVWRA must send its request for an extension in writing with the necessary justification to the Executive Officer a minimum of 30 days prior to the SEP Completion Date.
SEP Completion Date. The SEP shall be completed in its entirety no later than May 31, 2014 (the “SEP Completion Date”).
SEP Completion Date. The Assistant Executive Officer may extend the deadlines contained in Exhibit B if the Discharger demonstrates that unforeseeable contingencies have created delays, provided that the Discharger continues to undertake all appropriate measures to meet the deadlines and makes the extension request in advance of the expiration of the deadline. The Discharger shall make any deadline extension request in writing at least 30-days prior to the deadline. Any request for an extension not responded to in writing by the Board shall be deemed denied. The Discharger must obtain explicit approval from the Assistant Executive Officer for any significant departures from the project described in Exhibit B. Failure to obtain written approval for any significant departures will result in the assessment of the actual cost difference between the portion of the project completed in conformity with the SEP described in Exhibit B and the total amount of the suspended.
SEP Completion Date. The SEP shall be implemented in its entirety and a final report shall be submitted by October 31, 2013, per the schedules specified in Exhibit B.
