Date of Adoption definition

Date of Adoption means the earlier of (1) a judicial decree of adoption, or (2) the assumption of custody or placement with the Subscriber or Subscriber’s Spouse, pending adoption of a prospective adoptive child by a prospective adoptive parent.
Date of Adoption means the date on which these Articles were adopted;
Date of Adoption means the earlier of the date the Plan was approved by the Company’s stockholders or adopted by the Board.

  • No Awards may be made after ten years from the Date of Adoption, but previously granted Awards may continue beyond that date in accordance with their terms.

More Definitions of Date of Adoption

Date of Adoption means the earlier of: (1) a judicial decree of adoption, or (2) the assumption of custody, pending adoption of a prospective adoptive child by a prospective adoptive parent.
