Demand Services definition

Demand Services means all Utilities (as defined in section 3.6(b)) consumed by Tenant that Landlord will provide as set forth in section 5.1, and any other materials or services furnished by Landlord at the request of Tenant on or about the Premises. Demand services shall exclude any telecommunication and date communication services and janitorial services, which will be separately contracted for by Tenant pursuant to this Lease.
Demand Services means all service requests covered in this Agreement billed at the rates listed on the Cost Sheet. All work must be approved by the ETSB prior to the Proposal Submitter performing any work. All hours worked will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments.

Examples of Demand Services in a sentence

  • SAP Product Engineer on Demand Services (“PED Services”) is a remote service, unless otherwise agreed, which provides access to an SAP support engineer (“Product Engineer”) for advice in, but not limited to, the following areas: (i) analysis of incidents or issues; (ii) issue resolution/workarounds; (iii) best practices; (iv) software design.

  • Purchased On Demand Content will continue to be accessible if you are no longer a Fios TV customer, but your use of such On Demand Services will be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • For On Demand Services, the CLIENT only has to use a Service on one of its Accounts for the price of said Service to be due by the CLIENT and invoiced by OUTSCALE at the applicable rate (which is indicated on the OUTSCALE website: https://en.outscale.com/pricing).

  • If the CLIENT continues to use the On Demand Services despite the modification of the contractual conditions, it will be deemed to have accepted the modified conditions.

  • Each of the Parties may terminate Agreements for On Demand Services at any time, without indemnities, including for the sake of convenience.


More Definitions of Demand Services

Demand Services. Means service requests beyond the scope of this Agreement. Demand Services may be performed for an additional cost, as determined by L3Harris. The installation, maintenance, repair, removal, reinstallation, and/or replacement of equipment not associated with the Services as defined in this Agreement shall be considered Demand Services. L3Harris has the right to reasonably refuse to provide Demand Services. Work performed outside of Business Hours may be considered Demand Services. Time lost or changes in the Services due to any delay caused by Customer’s action or inaction may be considered Demand Services.
Demand Services means service requests that are not included in this Maintenance Agreement as described in Section 2.8, Maintenance Responsibilities, of this Agreement. The installation, removal, or reinstallation of equipment not associated with repair / maintenance efforts as defined in this Agreement shall be considered Demand Service and be performed by Seller, following reasonable notice, and at the rates listed in Addendum I to this Agreement. Service work made necessary because of abuse or neglect not under the control of Seller will be performed at the hourly rate for demand service, plus the purchase of parts. Special work, not otherwise covered, will be performed at Seller prevailing rates.
Demand Services means all studies, reviews, construction liaison services (including construction liaison services described in the Construction Provisions), architectural and engineering services, environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, telecommunication and data communication services (including installation and/or connection to the Property's internet systems), or any other services furnished by Landlord at the request of Tenant, if any, including waste and refuse collection and any other materials or services furnished by Landlord at the request of Tenant directly or indirectly to, for the benefit of, or used by, Tenant on or about the Premises. Basic environmental oversight services will be included within the ISP Services, and will not be a Demand Service, but additional environmental oversight services, including but not limited to environmental construction oversight services and burrowing owl surveys, will be Demand Services. If Tenant desires to hold any special events upon the Premises that would require Landlord to provide a material increase in the normal security and staffing provided by Landlord as part of the ISP Services, then the costs to Landlord to produce such increased staffing and security shall be a Demand Service.
Demand Services means certain supplementary services that Xxxxxx may perform upon the request of the Customer, including supplementary maintenance and repair services, which are outside the scope of the Services herein described.
Demand Services means (a) all reasonable construction oversight and liaison services (including plan checking), and reasonable construction environmental oversight services which Landlord elects (at its sole option) to furnish or is required to furnish under Sections 6.2, 6.5 or 6.8 and (b) to the extent requested by Tenant and which Landlord elects (at its sole option) to furnish, studies, reviews, architectural and engineering services, telecommunication and data communication services (including installation and/or connection to the Property’s internet systems), waste and refuse collection and any other materials or services furnished by Landlord directly or indirectly to, for the benefit of, or used by, Tenant or any Tenant Related Entity on or about the Premises. Demand Services specifically exclude UDA Services.
Demand Services has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7 below.
