Credit Reports Clause Samples

The Credit Reports clause authorizes one party, typically a lender or service provider, to obtain and review the credit reports of the other party, usually a borrower or applicant. This clause allows the authorized party to access credit information from credit bureaus to assess the applicant’s creditworthiness before entering into an agreement or extending credit. By enabling this review, the clause helps the party manage financial risk and make informed decisions about whether to proceed with the transaction.
