Personal Data Breaches. 5.7.1 The Data Processor shall give immediate notice to the Data Controller if a breach occurs, that can lead to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed re the Personal Data processed on behalf of the Data Controller (a “Personal Data Breach”).

We will notify you without undue delay after we become aware of any Personal Data Breach and will provide timely information relating to the Personal Data Breach as it becomes known or reasonably requested by you. At your request, we will promptly provide you with such reasonable assistance as necessary to enable you to notify relevant Personal Data Breaches to competent authorities and/or affected Data Subjects, if you are required to do so under Data Protection Laws.

Personal Data Breaches. 4.1. In case of a (suspected) personal data breach related to the personal data received from Bolt or an incident that is likely to escalate into a personal data breach, the Partner shall immediately notify Bolt thereof.

Personal Data Breaches. 11.1.Within 24 hours after the Processor becomes aware of any unauthorised use or disclosure of User’s Data, the Processor shall promptly report the unauthorised use or disclosure of the User’s Data to the User.
Personal Data Breaches. 5.1 If OVHcloud becomes aware of an incident impacting the Controller’s Personal Data (such as unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or alteration of data), OVHcloud shall notify the Client without undue delay.
