Adopted: 06/24/08 Readopted: 12/12/13 2402 2402 Student Services SEXUAL HARASSMENT/HARASSMENT BASED ON RACE, NATIONAL ORIGIN, DISABILITY AND RELIGION PURPOSE: To prohibit sexual harassment and harassment based on race, national origin, disability or religion of any student The board is committed to maintaining a learning/working environment free from sexual harassment and harassment based on race, national origin, disability or religion. Therefore, Xxxxxxxx County Public Schools prohibits sexual harassment and harassment based on race, national origin, disability or religion of any student at school or any school sponsored activity. It shall be a violation of this policy for any student or division personnel to harass a student sexually, or based on race, national origin, disability or religion. Further, it shall be a violation of this policy for any division personnel to tolerate sexual harassment or harassment based on a student’s race, national origin, disability or religion by students, division personnel or third parties participating in, observing or otherwise engaged in school sponsored activities. For the purpose of this policy, division personnel includes board members, school employees, or other persons subject to the supervision and control of Xxxxxxxx County Public Schools. Xxxxxxxx County Public Schools shall:  promptly investigate all complaints, written or verbal, of sexual harassment and harassment based on race, national origin, disability or religion;  promptly take appropriate action to stop any harassment; and  take appropriate action against any student or division personnel who violates this policy and take any other action reasonably calculated to end and prevent further harassment of students.

Providing parking for students at Mountain Pointe is not a requirement, but a privilege. All students must park in the front lot (Xxxx. Road). Once the front lot is full student they will then have to park in the back lot (44th St.) Students who forfeit their parking privileges, or are withdrawn from school due to infractions of school rules or policies, will not receive a refund. No refund will be given when applications have been falsified. Loss of parking privileges may include, but are not limited to the following: Reckless driving, transporting alcohol, illegal substances, or dangerous weapons, failure to drive courteously, failure to provide adequate seating for passengers, failure to respond to school authorities, leaving campus without office approval, or transporting students who are not permitted to leave campus. If you transport underclassmen off campus, you may forfeit your parking privileges. By signing below, the student and parent/guardian agree to all rules and regulations set forth on this document.
