EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce any term of this Agreement, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS a. The family is not a party to or third party beneficiary of Part B of the HAP contract. The family may not enforce any provision of Part B, and may not exercise any right or remedy against the owner or PHA under Part B.
EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the parties hereto intend that this Agreement will not benefit, or create any right or cause of action on behalf of, any Person other than a party hereto and that no Person, other than a party hereto, will be entitled to rely on the provisions of this Agreement in any proceeding.
