Common use of Section 3.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.3. 20 Employees of the unit subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 other bargaining unit members present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 20 19 Employees of the unit subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 other bargaining unit members 20 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the 21 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 20 Employees of the unit units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 other bargaining unit members persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the 22 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 20 Employees of the unit units’ subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 21 other bargaining unit members persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the District District, if 22 it is the employee’s desire, as hereinafter provided.
