SCOPE OF WORK AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. 1.1 The Construction Manager and its successors, assigns, executors or administrators, in consideration of the sums of money, as herein after set forth to be paid by the City to the Construction Manager, shall and will at its own cost and expense perform all labor, furnish all materials, tools and equipment for all individual projects assigned as a result of this contract.

SUBCONTRACTOR shall perform and furnish the following work in accordance with the highest standards: Including all labor, services, material, taxes, installation, cartage, hoisting, supplies, insurance, equipment, scaffolding, tools and other facilities of every kind and description required for the prompt and efficient execution of the work. Division references and plan references are for the convenience of SUBCONTRACTOR and will not limit in any way the scope of work. In addition to specific references, SUBCONTRACTOR’S scope of work includes all work normally performed by SUBCONTRACTOR’S trade that is called for by the Contract Documents and all work that is incidental to complete the work of this Agreement.

  • Construction Contract Documents The Construction Contract Documents shall consist of the plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer, and any addenda and change orders thereto, and the Owner-Contractor Agreement, all of which shall be compatible and consistent with this Agreement.
