(a) Prior to the commencement of construction work at the Site, the Feed-in Approval Holder shall insure and maintain in effect throughout the execution of construction works of the Renewable Energy Installation, Interconnection Facilities and Communication Facilities an insurance coverage against any damage, malicious damage, loss or injury which may occur to any property (including that of the Distribution Licensee) or to any person (including any employee of the Distribution Licensee) by or arising out of and/or in carrying out construction, operation and maintenance activities relating to the Renewable Energy Installation, Interconnection Facilities and Communication Facilities.

Scope of insurance. 2 (1) It is understood that this contract includes all the acreage seeded to an insurable crop covered by the contract unless the corporation has otherwise consented in writing.

The insurance required hereunder shall name the Owner and the Contractor as named insureds and shall provide protection for the Owner and the Contractor against damage which may arise from operations under this Contract, whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by him.

If no automobile liability insurance policy is required in subsection D, Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that City is not providing any automobile insurance to Contractor and that as to the City and any third parties, Contractor bears sole liability for claims, damages, injury (including death) and losses, arising out of or resulting from Contractor's operation of Contractor's automobile or any other automobile, whether or not such use is related to Contractor's work under this contract, and Contractor shall make no claim against the City for any claim, damage, injury, or loss resulting thereby.
