Minimum Scope of Insurance. All Liability Insurance policies shall be written on an "Occurrence" basis only. All insurance coverage are to be placed with insurers authorized to do business in the State of Nebraska and must be placed with an insurer that has an A.M. Best's Rating of no less than A:VII unless specific approval has been granted otherwise.
Minimum Scope of Insurance. Coverage shall be at least as broad as:
1. The coverage provided by Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability coverage (“occurrence”) Form Number CG 0001; and
2. The coverage provided by Insurance Services Office Form Number CA 0001 covering Automobile Liability. Coverage shall be included for all owned, non-owned and hired automobiles; and

Minimum Scope of Insurance i. Consultant agrees to have and maintain, for the duration of the contract, General Liability insurance policies insuring him/her and his/her firm to an amount not less than: one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage.
ii. Consultant agrees to have and maintain for the duration of the contract, an Automobile Liability insurance policy ensuring him/her and his/her staff to an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and property damage.
iii. Consultant shall provide to the Town all certificates of insurance, with original endorsements effecting coverage. Consultant agrees that all certificates and endorsements are to be received and approved by the Town before work commences.
iv. Consultant agrees to have and maintain, for the duration of the contract, professional liability insurance in amounts not less than $1,000,000 which is sufficient to insure Consultant for professional errors or omissions in the performance of the particular scope of work under this agreement.
Minimum Scope of Insurance. Consultant shall obtain insurance of types and coverage described below:
1. Automobile Liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of $1,000,000.00 per accident. Automobile Liability insurance covering all owned, non-owned, hired and leased vehicles. Coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office (ISO) form CA 00 01.
2. Commercial General Liability insurance shall be written with limits no less than $2,000,000.00 each occurrence, $2,000,000.00 general aggregate. Commercial General Liability insurance shall be at least as broad as ISO occurrence form CG 00 01 and shall cover liability arising from premises, operations, stop-gap independent contractors and personal injury and advertising injury. The Public Entity shall be named as an additional insured under the Consultant’s Commercial General Liability insurance policy with respect to the work performed for the Public Entity using an additional insured endorsement at least as broad as ISO endorsement form CG 20 26.
3. Professional Liability insurance appropriate to the consultant’s profession. Professional Liability insurance shall be written with limits no less than $2,000,000.00 per claim and $2,000,000.00 policy aggregate limit.
Minimum Scope of Insurance. The Service Provider shall obtain insurance of the types and coverage described below:
1. Automobile Liability insurance covering all owned, non-owned, hired, and leased vehicles. Coverage shall be written on Insurance Services Office (ISO) form CA 00 01 or a substitute form providing equivalent liability coverage.
2. Commercial General Liability insurance shall be at least as broad as ISO occurrence form CG 00 01 and shall cover liability arising from premises, operations, stop-gap liability, independent contractors, and personal injury and advertising injury. The City shall be named as an additional insured under the Service Provider’s Commercial General Liability insurance policy with respect to the work performed for the City using an additional insured endorsement at least as broad as ISO CG 20 26.
3. Workers’ Compensation coverage as required by the Industrial Insurance laws of the State of Washington.
Minimum Scope of Insurance. Coverage must be at least as broad as:
(a) CGL. Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability coverage (occurrence Form CG0001).
(b) Auto. Insurance Services Office Form Number CA 0001 covering Automobile Liability, Code 1 (any auto).
(c) WC. Workers’ Compensation insurance as required by the State of California and Employer’s Liability Insurance.
Minimum Scope of Insurance. Coverage shall be at least as broad as:
(1) Commercial General Liability coverage of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) Aggregate and one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence.
(2) Auto liability insurance with limits of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000).
(3) Insurance coverage should include:
1. owned, non-owned and hired vehicles;
2. blanket contractual;
3. broad form property damage;
4. products/completed operations; and
5. personal injury.
(4) Workers' Compensation insurance as required by the laws of the State of California.
(5) Abuse and Molestation coverage of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence and five million dollars ($5,000,000) Aggregate.
(6) Professional liability (Errors and Omissions) insurance, including contractual liability, as appropriate to the Consultant’s profession, in an amount of not less than the following: Accountants, Attorneys, Education Consultants, $1,000,000 Nurses, Therapists Architects $1,000,000 or $2,000,000 Physicians and Medical Corporations $5,000,000 Failure to maintain professional liability insurance is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate termination
