Business Automobile Liability. Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.
Business Automobile Liability. Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.
Business Automobile Liability. Bodily Injury and Property Damage for any owned, hired, and/or non-owned vehicles used in the performance of this Contract. Combined Single Limit (CSL) $1,000,000 If work is performed on the active roadway then Consultant or Subconsultant shall provide a minimum of $5,000,000 Combined Single Limit coverage.

Minimum Limits of Insurance $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit per accident for bodily injury and property damage or the limit customarily carried by Contractor, whichever is greater. No aggregate limit may apply. Coverage may be combined with Excess/Umbrella Liability coverage to meet the required limit. Coverage Form Coverage shall be at least as broad as the unmodified Insurance Services Office (ISO) Business Automobile Coverage form CA 00 01 10/13, CA 00 25 10/13, CA 00 20 10/13 or substitute form providing equivalent coverage. Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any auto (including owned, hired, and non- owned autos). Pollution liability coverage at least as broad as that provided under the ISO pollution liability—broadened coverage for covered autos endorsement (CA 99 48) shall be provided, and the Motor Carrier Act endorsement (MCS 90) shall be attached for all contracts involving transportation of “hazardous material” as this term is defined by applicable law, including, but not limited to, waste, asbestos, fungi, bacteria and mold.
Business Automobile Liability. In the event that services delivered pursuant to this Contract involve the use of vehicles, either owned, hired, or non-owned by the Contractor, automobile liability insurance is required covering the risks of bodily injury (including death) and property damage, including coverage for contractual liability. The minimum limit for automobile liability is $1,000,000 per occurrence, using a Combined Single Limit for bodily injury and property damage.

This policy shall be written in comprehensive form and shall protect Provider and the additional insureds against all claims for injuries to members of the public and damage to property of others arising from the use of motor vehicles and shall cover operation on and off the premises of all motor vehicles licensed for highway use, whether they are owned, non-owned or hired.
