School Board Agenda. For each Board meeting, the Association shall receive an advance copy of the agenda and all attachments pertaining to certified personnel and other District-wide issues except those of a confidential nature as determined by the Superintendent. Such agenda shall be sent to the Association by email at the same time it is sent to the Board. A representative of the Association shall be permitted to address the Board during the Board meeting prior to the Board’s opening discussion to other representatives of the public, not to exceed ten
School Board Agenda. The Association President shall receive an electronic copy of the Board agenda and addenda by e-mail no less than thirty (30) hours prior to such meeting. Each agenda shall include the normal attachments except attachments provided for the confidential information of the Board.
School Board Agenda. The Association shall have the right to a regular place on the agenda and to place items on the agenda if Board action is to be taken.
School Board Agenda. The superintendent of schools shall place on the agenda of each regular board meeting any material requested by the exclusive representative providing the request is made in writing to the superintendent’s office by the deadline established for all such requests. At the discretion of the superintendent of schools or the school board chairperson matters may be added to the agenda without these time restrictions.
School Board Agenda. The Association President shall receive an advance copy of the agenda together with agenda attachments for each Board meeting. Such agenda shall be sent to the Association President by inter- school mail at the same time it is provided to the Board. Minutes of the Board meeting will be made available to the Association President upon request.

School Board Agenda. The Association shall receive an advance copy of the agenda of each Board meeting, along with the routine personnel report which accompanies said agenda. The Association also will be provided with the monthly Treasurer’s report and all other items that will be discussed in Board meetings and that are submitted for Board action on the agenda. Such items shall be sent to the Association President by inter- school mail or regular mail during vacations at the same time they are sent to the Board. Such materials also can be picked up at the Board office on request of the Association President or designee. Certain confidential matters, except those pertaining to members of the bargaining unit, may be deleted from the personnel report provided to the Association.
School Board Agenda. The WBCEA President will be provided a school board meeting packet for all regularly scheduled Board meetings. The WBCEA President shall receive timely notice of all regular and special meetings of the Board.
School Board Agenda. The Board shall provide the Association President or his/her designee a copy of the School Board agenda, previous meeting minutes and budget information, and all proposed action items as soon as it is available to the Board.
