Certified Personnel. The School’s personnel shall at a minimum have the qualifications required by Applicable Law for the assigned role except to the extent a requirement has been lawfully waived or the individual is subject a lawful exemption.
Certified Personnel. Any teacher’s files shall be open to the inspection of the teacher during regular business hours of the Human Resources Department, and at the request of the teacher, a representative of the Association may inspect the teacher’s file with written authorization from the teacher. The teacher shall have the right to respond to all materials contained in said file. Such response shall become part of the file. Credentials and related papers from teacher placement bureaus, which by their own regulations are labeled as “confidential,” shall be returned to the bureaus after the teacher is hired. No material derogatory to the teacher’s conduct, service, character or personality shall be placed in the teacher’s file unless the teacher has had an opportunity to review the material. The teacher and/or his/her representative shall have the right to reproduce any of the contents of his/her file. If there is no recurrence of the incident, all derogatory material which is not a part of the teacher’s evaluation shall be removed from the teacher’s files five (5) calendar years from date of entry, upon the request of the teacher. For issues not involving the safety of students or illegal actions, derogatory information five (5) years or further in the past will not be utilized in disciplinary action. Information not contained in a teacher’s personnel files shall not be presented as evidence to reprimand and/or dismiss a teacher. Personnel files are located in the Human Resources Office at the Education Service Center. Additional copies of each teacher’s teaching certificate, transcripts and contracts will be located in the office of the school in which he/ she currently teaches as required by the State Department of Education regulations. OP may directly employ an uncertified person for an assignment, but shall otherwise verify and monitor the employee’s competence and capacity to perform the assignment.

Certified Personnel. Reseller warrants that at all times it will employ a sufficient number of, but in no event less thant two (2), full-time technicians and one (1) full-time sales professional trained and certified by Publisher on the Products, subject to the need from time to train replacements for former or disabled employees. Reseller further warrants that it will maintain at least one engineer trained and certified on the Products at each Authorized Location located more than 250 miles from Reseller's principal offices, or have a Publisher approved plan for providing local service and support for these areas. Reseller shall bear the expense of such training including travel, lodging, and personnel costs of Reseller's employees.
